Pedrosa reigns in Spain

Dani Pedrosa on the Honda wins his home Spanish Grand Prix at Jerez from Yamaha Factory pair Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo. Britain's James Toseland battles from eighth on the grid to finish sixth, although the Yamaha Tech 3 rider is passed on the last corner by Suzuki's Loris Capirossi.

Kallio wins 250cc as leaders crash out

Finn Mika Kallio wins the 250cc Spanish GP by four seconds from Mattia Pasini and Yuki Tkahashi after duelling leaders Marco Simoncelli and Alvaro Bautista crash out on the final lap.

Italian Simone Corsi wins in 125cc

Italian Simone Corsi wins while Bradley Smith takes his second podium finish with third in the Spanish GP at Jerez in the 125cc class. Spaniard Nicolas Terol was second, completing an all-Aprilia podium
