Glasgow Open is re-allocated

As a result of an unusually low number of entries for this years Glasgow Grand Prix on 26-27 April 2008, the tournament has been restructured with the approval of FISTF; the GP individual and team events will both be played on Saturday, and an IO event for open category only will be played on Sunday.
